   - job responsibilities

   - reasons for not using the interface
   - familiarity with features
   - feelings after using an interface

A Likert scale can be presented as:
   5 Strongly Agree

   3 Neutral
   2 Disagree
   1 Strongly Disagree

A Bipolar semantically items can be presented as:
